I have an Elgin B.W. Raymond watch 571, serial # 272266, 9 adjustments, 21 jewels, in very good condition, 10 k gold filled case. minor wear on back, crystal is perfect no scratches. Wondering how much it might be worth. I bought it about 15 years ago for 75.00 from a guy who was needing money. I know its hard to give a value without holding the watch and examining it but best guess estimate would be great. Thanks.

I have my Dad's railroad elgin pocket watch he had it when working back in the 40's on .... he passed away and my mom gave it to me years ago .. it worked perfectly fine when I pulled it from its container a few months ago and it was running like crazy which I was amazed but silly me , I wind it up and now have wound it up too tight, guess I forgot it was self winding as its been in this container for years .. Is this difficult for a watch repairer to fix..?? thank you for any help in this

I have two fusee watches from the very early 19th century. One has an inscription deep inside that shows a date of 1802. I have tried in vain to find anyone to look at these let alone repair and service. Does anybody know of anyone who still works on these either in the US, Canada or England?

I have a Waltham silver railroad pocket watch. The serial number is 17990918. It says American Waltham Watch CO. On the inside cover it says Philadelphia Watch Case silverode 909441. There appears to be the date 1885 etched in. The outside cover appears to have an etching of an elk or moose on it. Can you tell me anything significant about this watch. I know it was my great-grandfather's.

Sorry, we can't provide valuations on watches. I recommend using the International Society of Appraiser's "find an appraiser" tool on this site: http://www.isa-appraisers.org/
